These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blue Pixel Design Agency website and services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Blue Pixel Design Agency provides creative and digital services including branding, logo design, packaging design, website development, app development, and performance marketing.

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and scope are defined in proposals, statements of work, or service agreements agreed between you and Blue Pixel. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will prevail for that project.

To help us deliver work efficiently, you agree to:

Fees, deposits, milestones, and payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may delay project delivery. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

Each project includes the number of revision rounds defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may require extra fees and timeline adjustments.

Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

Upon full payment, ownership of final agreed deliverables transfers to you as defined in your project agreement, except for pre-existing materials, third-party assets, tools, frameworks, or internal methodologies retained by Blue Pixel.

Until full payment is received, Blue Pixel retains ownership of all work product. We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already publicly available.

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards.

Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, revenue, or conversion rates, though we design work with performance in mind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Pixel Design Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services or use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Blue Pixel for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees owed for work completed to date.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction agreed in your project contract, or otherwise by the laws applicable to Blue Pixel Design Agency's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
