CaterCraftsy serves two audiences—vendors and event planners—with very different needs. The brand didn't reflect marketplace quality, vendors hesitated to join, and buyers abandoned multi-step booking flows.
Blue Pixel built a warm, professional identity and redesigned vendor onboarding, profile templates, and the buyer booking funnel with trust signals at every stage.
Email onboarding sequences and a social launch kit supported go-to-market. Vendor applications and completed bookings increased within 90 days of relaunch.
